At first Victor seemed to be appreciative of what Billy did to help him in Los Angeles – to some extent. Now that Victor’s back on the whole ‘you’re not good enough for my daughter’ kick and has told Vikki about Billy’s past knowledge of him being lost in the city of angels his story has left Vikki devastated.
