While “Dollar” Bill “The Stallion” Spencer has a talent for going over the top and rubbing everyone, including his loved ones, the wrong way, they tend to overlook his gruffness and manipulation like it’s less serious than a fashion faux pas. But since Caroline took a tumble, he’s been looked at like he was a troubled child in need of a little discipline. This week, he has Hope’s ranting to look forward to and Liam’s blame. Is everyone being a little too harsh on the beard now?
