It’s been a long time since Chloe and Kevin had something to celebrate. As they bask in the afterglow of their fortune, Noah demands that Summer give him back the money. Summer assures Noah that she knows nothing about the missing money but wonders why Noah seems scared. Later, Kevin questions when Detective Alex is leaving Genoa City, considering he hasn’t had any luck in his investigation. Alex wonders what makes Kevin think he hasn’t had any luck. Chloe initially wants to turn the money in for the reward, but when Kevin worries they’ll become suspects in Alex’s case, the money begins to freak Chloe out. Alex hears Kevin tell Chloe that they need to ‘fix this now’.
Nick and Sharon make plans to commemorate Cassie’s death. When Nick runs into Alex questioning Noah, Alex warns Nick to convince his son to trust the cops – not the girl.
Michael realizes that Fen doesn’t care that Jamie is missing and worries that his son has the same violent tendencies that he and Kevin had. Meanwhile, Summer continues to leave messages for Jamie, which go unanswered. Fen runs into Summer and taunts her about Jamie. When he gets in Summer’s face, Michael appears and pushes Fen away.
Victor assures Mason that any information he gives him will remain private. Mason decides to give Victor Jack’s contact numbers during his recuperation. All the while, Victor’s contact tells him he won’t like what he found out about Stephanie. When Victor hears she’s the daughter of Senator Marcus Wheeler, he orders the man to find her – and to make sure no one finds out who hired her. Victor later hears the woman was found dead in an alley.
Come Monday… Cane overhears Tyler telling Lily that she should be in charge. Vikki warns that Victor will not hesitate to take Jabot along with Newman while Jack’s away, and Chelsea wonders if Adam wants Sharon to take Phyllis’ job.
