After months of speculation, Billy Miller has been cast on General Hospital as Jason Morgan, previously played by Steve Burton (Dylan, “Y&R”). When asked when Miller will begin taping scenes and will first appear in Port Charles, an ABC Rep told Soap Opera Fan Blog, “We are not announcing at this time… will have to stay tuned!”

Thaao Penghlis reappeared as Victor on Wednesday September 3.

Robin Mattson alerted fans via her Facebook page that she’ll be returning as Heather Webber and stated, “Heather is returning to ‘GH’ soon!”

In a quote to ABC News, Executive Producer Frank Valentini teased, “Some favorite villains will be back in the fall. I think the fans will be really excited to see what kind of trouble they will be causing.”

The show is casting for the short-term role of a straightforward female doctor between the ages of 30 and 45. The actress should also be capable of doing stunts as well.

Donna Mills will return to the show as Madeline Reeves this summer.

The show is looking to cast the role of a “Hispanic. 27-33. Beautiful, passionate, dynamic. Originally from Mexico, she has come to Port Charles to pursue a career in medicine.” Only actresses who are open to a possible contract role should apply.

Fans of Anthony Geary’s Luke/Fluke won’t be seeing the character in Port Charles until October, due to the actor recuperating from two spinal surgeries, which has extended his yearly hiatus.

The show is looking to cast for the contract role of a mid-30s to early 40s African-American man with taping to begin in September.

The show is looking to cast the ongoing, recurring role of a rebellious eight-year-old girl with light colored hair and is said to be good-hearted. Actresses must be able to execute a large amount of dialogue for the role.

The show is looking to cast a contract female character. In her early 20s, she’s a Caucasian, sexy, dynamic bad girl. Though blonde is preferred, others will be considered.
