On Saturday August 18 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Lee Phillip Bell and Michael Maloney will hold a book signing at Barnes & Noble at 4820 Telephone Road in Ventura, California. Joining them will be “B&B’s” Ronn Moss (Ridge) and “Y&R’s” Doug Davidson (Paul) and Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren).

Parental aid.

Dr. Faye Snyder, the mother of “B&B’s” Scott Clifton (Liam), has just released a new book. Snyder, a psychologist and family therapist, has published, “The Manual, The Definitive Book on Parenting.” In it, she outlines her particular approach to parenting: the Causal Theory. Recovering.

“The Bold And The Beautiful” star Ronn Moss (Ridge) was in a multi-vehicle crash on Friday in Los Angeles with his wife, Devin Devasquez. Both of them are currently recovering from injuries. On Facebook, Devasquez updated their fans and friends:

“Ronn and I were in a horrible car accident yesterday that involved 8 cars and totaled our brand new truck. An old guy came out of nowhere and hit two cars before hitting us that caused us to spin a 360 and hit several other cars including a lamp post that fell on top of the truck. It was quite a scene and poor Ronn had a bad bump on his head that was bleeding along with a shoulder injury. I’m pretty sore and bruised. We spent the night in the ER getting x-rays and have soft tissue injuries with soreness and pain. But we are so blessed to be alive and grateful no one else was hurt. It seems that good looks run in the family.

Alexander Diamont, the son of “The Bold and the Beautiful” star Don Diamont’s (Bill) is putting his looks to good use. The football player has moved in to modeling. According to Max Preps, the 6’1″ and 165 lbs younger Diamont is a junior football quarterback for the Venice High School team. He’s also been doing some work as a model. According to ABC Soaps In Depth, Lindsay Price (ex-Michael Lai, “B&B,” ex-An Li, “AMC,” “90210,” “Lipstick Jungle”) has become engaged to chef, Curtis Stone of Bravo’s Around The World In 80 Plates. Jennifer Gareis and her husband Bobby Ghassemieh welcomed a daughter into the world on June 29. They have named the little girl, Sophia Rose Gareis Ghassemieh.

CBS Soaps In Depth has reported that “The Bold And The Beautiful” star Jennifer Gareis (Donna) is expecting a child. CBS Soaps In Depth has reported that those eager to see the Karen (Joanna Johnson) and Danielle (Crystal Chappell) story unfold may have to wait for awhile. Their story will be pushed to the background since Johnson won’t be available to shoot “The Bold and the Beautiful” much in the near future. On Wednesday July 4 a new episode of ABC’s “General Hospital” will not be seen. Look for an encore of the April 24, 2012 episode to air in its place. Regular programming will resume on Thursday July 5.

All CBS and NBC soap operas will air new episodes.
