The ladies of Daytime were ready to fight last week, as Hope decided she wasn’t going down without one last try on “B&B,” Chelsea snapped at Chloe on “Y&R,” and Kristen went dumpster diving to protect her secret on “DOOL.” As for Lulu on “GH,” she forgot to fight – and everything else.

B&B Breakdown:
Steffy may be pregnant, but that didn’t stop her from adding a personally outrageous twist to her wedding day. “It was such a relief that Steffy and Liam were allowed to be genuinely happy in the lead up to their wedding instead of marring it with a bunch of ‘dreaded triangle’ innuendo and doubt,” Candace said. “All the family interactions were really well done too – realistic dialogue as opposed to saying dippy things that make it sound like they’re living in a fairytale just because it’s a wedding. Liam’s words to Hope were believable too – people do think about paths not taken. Anyway, it was classic Steffy to roar up the driveway on a motorcycle dressed in a black lacy outfit – loved it!” And Katie got another chance on Bold and the Beautiful Weekly Blog.

Motoring to the wedding.

Brooke worried to Bill that they had broken her sister’s heart. He put the blame on Katie but Brooke still felt guilty. They went to see her at the hospital. Katie woke up and grumbled about her ring. Brooke and Bill bickered about this. She pushed him to slip Katie’s ring back on. Once he did, Katie said she would never take it off again. She had clearly forgotten that Bill and Brooke slept together. Brooke encouraged him to try again with her sister and left with tears in her eyes. Over at Forrester, the gossip about Brooke and Bill continued. Liam insisted he still wanted Katie and his father at his wedding. Bill and Brooke have to think fast but he ends up agreeing to what his wife says, even though he’s not sure he will ever be able to reconnect with her. It was all about getting into everyone else’s business on Daytime last week. Taylor was relentless in her pursuit of catching Bill and Brooke in a lie on “B&B,” Anne overheard some juicy bits about Cam and decided to see for herself on “DOOL,” Tyler laid a kiss on someone else’s wife on “Y&R.” As for “GH,” long-dead Stavros was back. That messed up all kinds of people.

B&B Breakdown:
While the wedding chat was a nice pick-me-up, the drama at the hospital was what compelled all week, especially considering Bill and Brooke seemed more concerned with their secret than Katie’s health. “I think what added insult to injury was the afterglow bit, since they appeared to have no guilt, or a thought at all for Katie,” Candace said. “Wild! At the hospital, they seemed almost as concerned about whether they were going to get blamed, as they were about Katie’s prognosis. I loved the vintage Brooke moment where she sat at Katie’s bedside and tearfully professed her love, saying, ‘I’d do anything for you.’ Hehe. Yep, anything but stay away from her husband when she asked you to!” And Caroline got an eyeful of big Hercules in the Bold and the Beautiful Weekly Blog.

Back in the hospital.

Dr. Meade called Brooke and Bill to the hospital. Katie had suffered from heart failure since she’d missed anti-rejection meds. Brooke and Bill begged her to wake up. Donna arrived and noticed Katie was no longer wearing her ring. She put things together. Bill insisted that Katie had ended things and thrown them together. Meanwhile, Liam and Hope babysat Will again. Taylor showed up to see Katie but she was nowhere to be found. Hope called her mom who tipped her off. Taylor stormed over to the hospital and threw blame at Bill and Brooke. Everyone else was getting suspicious too. She lectures Brooke for what’s happened to Katie. Once she finishes lashing out at her, Taylor takes her turn. The shrink doesn’t shrink away from suggesting that Bill and Brooke put the unstable mother in the hospital. When she lays into Bill, he loses it with her. Brooke and Bill finally gave into their throbbing urges and went leg over leg. They waited until after Katie had yelled at them that she wanted a divorce and told them to just go ahead and shack up.
