From Friday November 19 until Sunday the 22nd, Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady) will be appearing at the Palmer Event Center, 900 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX.  More information on this special, A Christmas Event is in the link.

Patrika Darbo (Nancy), Kevin Dobson (Mickey), David Leisure (D.A. Woods) and other celebrities will be taking part in the seventh annual Seena Magowitz Celebrity Golf Classic on December 4 and 5. The event will take place at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Golf Classic is a fundraiser for pancreatic cancer research. Meeting your favorite actresses and actors is always a thrill, but we were thrilled when Days Fan Traci Jones got in touch with us to tell us all about her time at this year’s Day of Days event.

She wrote a report for us about the line-ups, meeting with the stars, the Q&A session and Brian Datillo taking off his shirt.

“I immediately started making friends with the fans. Everyone was so excited and so friendly. It was definitely a party-like atmosphere. The place filled up pretty quickly and I had made the decision to sit at the end of the front row, rather than sit right in front because I wanted to be able to get away quickly soon after the stars came out so I could be sure to get a good spot in the line for my favorite actor on the show, James Scott (EJ). Roark Critchlow has played Arthur Harrison on Bold and the Beautiful and Dr. Ackland on Passions, but he may be best known as Days of Our Lives’ Mike Horton.

Bonnie Hunt will be welcoming special guest Amy Feldman of Levittown, NY to the set of her eponymous show on Thursday, November 12.

She will be dishing about her experience interviewing the cast of Days at the at the Day of Days event in Universal City, California. Amy was one of three finalists chosen to appear on “The Bonnie Hunt Show” to act in a ’soap opera scene’ with Bonnie and Don Lake. Days of Our Lives‘ Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady) is partnering with Crest Glide ® Floss to tell the public how important flossing is.

They are joining forces with Feeding America to host Crest Glide Tight Spaces Challenge events this month in Los Angeles and New York. “Working in television while taking care of two young children can be stressful, but knowing I have a healthy smile always gives me the confidence I need to glide through a hectic day,” Alison quipped. Thaao Penghlis, (Ex-Tony DiMera) recently signed to star in Big Screen Entertainment’s feature, “The Mirror.”

The Daytime Emmy nominated actor left Days in April of this year. Shooting for the murder mystery will begin in February. “We are very fortunate to have Thaao as part of this growing ensemble cast. I’ve been a huge fan of his for years and his notoriety will bring commercial viability to this film, especially with our international buyers, ” BSEG’s President of Business Affairs, David Zappone, said. Days’ Mark Hapka (Nathan Horton) will be adding to this year’s Halloween spirit.

The actor has a role in a new pilot called “BOO.” It’s set to premiere on Friday October 30. Details about the show are being kept quiet, but you can always go over to Hapka’s Twitter page and shout “Boo” at him to see if he’ll spill a little. Starting November 2, on FOX’s game show, “Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader,” which will feature the following soap stars, playing for charity. Fans can see Days Of Our Lives’ Bryan Dattilo (Lucas Roberts), who hasn’t been seen in Salem, much as of late, along with ex-Liz Chandler, Gloria Loring, General Hospital’s Sarah Brown (Claudia Corinthos), and Tyler Christopher (Nikolas Cassadine) and last, but certainly not least, one of my faves, One Life to Live’s Tuc Watkins (David Vickers)!

Days’ Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe Lane) will be performing “Tell Him” with Grammy winner Gloria Gaynor at the The Los Angeles Grammy Museum on October 22.
