After seeing Mia demonstrate the difference between truth and deception using pantomime, I had to wonder who was really the trickiest character in Salem.

Everyone in town is deceptive one way or another. Mia may be sweet but she’s backed Nicole’s lies all the way. Sami wrote the book on lying and is proud of it. Brady has told his share of lies and the less said about the town’s other liars the better. In fact, it often seems like the nastiest characters are often the most honest, but even that isn’t true. Is there too much Harmony in Salem?

The cast of Passions continues to emigrate to town. First there was Galen Gering (Rafe), then Eric Martsolf (Brady) and now Lindsay Hartley has joined the cast as Arianna. The two shows had a long and slightly incestuous relationship, sharing some actors and many writers and crew members over the years, but for some, Salem may be looking a little too much like Harmony.
