Marshall Hilliard is joining the cast of “GH.” While familiar to some due to his role as Hart Jessup on “Guiding Light” and Dylan on “Days Of Our Lives,” his new role on “GH” will have him playing a cop for the first time ever.
The actor has already begun shooting scenes and will be featured in a plot with John McBain (Michael Easton).
His first episode is set to air on August 30.

Kirten Storms was back on the “GH” set to start shooting fresh material as Maxie Jones today. She left the role last September for medical reasons, and Jen Lilley has been in her shoes ever since. Originally, she was meant to return in January but was unable to do so.
Jen Lilley has been playing the role of Maxie since she left. Storms’ first new scenes will air on September 5.
It has reportedly been confirmed that Krys Meyer is leaving and Tequan Richmond is taking over as TJ on “General Hospital.” Richmond was expected to start taping at the end of July.

Tequan Richmond recently tweeted about his upcoming recurring role on “General Hospital.” There’s no word on who he’ll play, but with a casting notice going out for a character similar to TJ, it is being widely speculated that he will take over for the current actor Krys Meyer. It seems Jen Lilley’s time as Maxie Jones is over, as Kirsten Storms is returning to General Hospital. Take a look at the video message Lilley posted for her fans saying goodbye and thanking them for their support.
Kelly Monaco (Sam) reportedly confirmed at a “General Hospital” Fan Club event this past weekend that Kirsten Storms was returning to the ABC soap as Maxie Jones. Unfortunately, that means the current actress is out. Watch Jen Lilley’s video message to fans confirming her departure.

When Kirsten Storms left “General Hospital” for medical reasons last fall, Jen Lilley stepped in as Maxie Jones. There was word Storms would be returning at the start of 2012, but that never came to pass.

First, Anthony (Bruce Weitz) hired him to forge Officer Briggs’ suicide note, then Heather (Robin Mattson) used him to write Maggie’s (Kodi Kitchen) confession letter, and now he’s been hired to pen a few goodbye notes to Lulu (Julie Marie Berman) and Anna (Finola Hughes) from Luke (Anthony Geary). Per Soaps in Depth, “General Hospital” could be recasting the role of Molly’s (Haley Pullos) boyfriend TJ, currently played by Krys Meyer. It seems a casting call went out for a cocky, yet sensitive 16-year-old African American male, who is prone to getting into trouble. They are apparently looking to fill this key role, which pretty much describes TJ, immediately.
