Now that Spinelli spilled the beans in court that Matt was the one who killed Lisa Niles, Maxie needs to sign an oath swearing to it in order for her to be off the hook. Since she’s been covering for her boyfriend all this time, it’s clear she doesn’t want him to pay for his crime, so it’s up to Spinelli to convince her to turn him in. Spinelli certainly has his work cut out for him, but one would think the thought of Maxie getting another shiner from her “clumsy” cellmate would do the trick. Apparently, Tea doesn’t take to her like Blair did. Then there’s Todd who overhears a confession. With Starr in trouble, Todd Manning arrives to help his daughter. Not only that, but Todd’s ex and Starr’s former stepmother legal eagle Tea Delgado shows up as well. Jason and Sam have been having a tough time dealing with the fact Franco is the father of her baby, but really, who wouldn’t? However, Sam isn’t so sure Jason can love the baby as his own. Sure, he cared for Michael the first year of his life and was willing to help raise Lila had she lived, but this is a whole other matter. Will Jason be able to overcome this very large obstacle and move ahead as a family with Sam when she presses him for an answer?
