After Lucy’s dream about Caleb, she worries for Rafe’s safety. But was it really a dream? Meanwhile, Sam wakes up to find herself in Caleb’s presence. As John sets out to save her, Caleb tries to make her remember their former life together.
Sonny shows up at Olivia’s and finds Kate, who wants to see her son. Sadly, Sonny must inform her Trey is dead.

Just when it appeared Sonny was making headway with Connie, she gets defensive. After their kiss on the Haunted Star, Connie accuses him of using her again. She softens though and the two head to a room for some privacy on the boat. After their interlude, Connie heads to Steve and Olivia’s, but it’s Kate who wakes up the next day. Olivia helps her cousin piece together recent events, including the reveal that her son was alive. At the same time, Sonny confides in Michael that he slept with Connie because he wanted to sleep with her, not because he misses Kate.

More vampire trouble, a couple of arrests and a big return.
Sabrina found Caleb on the pier holding the arrow he used to stab the cop. Caleb, who Sabrina assumed was John, took off as she tended to the lifeless Carlson. Once at the hospital, Patrick and Sabrina worked on Carlson, but he died. As part of her plan to destroy Sabrina, Britt ordered Maxie to do her bidding. Later, Sabrina was accused of giving Carlson the wrong medication.
At the station, Dante and Anna watched footage of “John” releasing Rafe from his cell. They also got word about “McBain’s” involvement in Carlson’s death. John was arrested. Connie and Sonny reminisce, Frisco appeals to Maxie and Britt ups her game.
Connie meets with Diane about her defense, as Sonny and Shawn discuss acquiring certain assets now that Johnny is in prison. Once their business is completed, Connie and Sonny spend some time together. The ice has clearly thawed between them as they recall a Valentine’s Day memory from their past.

Now that Rafe is on the run, he needs a place to hide out. Since Molly is the only person he knows in Port Charles, he takes refuge in her bedroom. While Molly scrambles to keep Rafe’s presence secret, TJ confides in Shawn his frustration with Molly over Rafe.
With Frisco back, Mac is feeling threatened. He admits to Lulu his fears that Frisco wants Felicia back. His suspicions are confirmed, as Frisco relays that very sentiment to Felicia. A cop takes Rafe from his cell under the guise of returning to the scene of the crime. Both Anna and Lucy come looking for him, but he’s gone. Meanwhile, John ends up on the wrong side of the law.

Kevin arrives as Todd, Heather and Lucy attempt their escape from Ferncliff. He insists he wants to help Lucy, but Heather knocks him out. Once on the outside, Todd heads to his office and learns Carly has the contents of his safe. He announces he’s leaving and tries to convince her to come with him.
