More plots and more regrets.
The mayor showed up at the hospital to lay into Lucky. Their bickering interrupted Nikolas and Elizabeth as they made out in a nearby closet. After the mayor left, Rebecca came by and Lucky gushed about how important Liz was to him. This only made the closeted couple feel worse. She could barely handle it. Meanwhile, Lucky was forced to run off and threatened to arrest his father over noise citations. Luke warned him not to bet his heart and soul on Elizabeth. He then confronted Nikolas about it, who threw it back in his face. Across town, Lucky told Elizabeth about all of their good times and presented her with a ring. She nearly choked on her tears and told him how afraid she was that things would go wrong… then Nikolas walked in with Rebecca on his arm. They crashed the romantic dinner, which infuriated Elizabeth. Afterward, she called Nikolas out on it and forced him from her studio. The prince went home and slept with Rebecca while Elizabeth called Lucky over, told him they belonged together and they finally made love again. The next day, all four commemorated the death of Emily in their own way, offering solitary confessions at her grave. Finally a brooding Nikolas lashed out at his brother on the pier. Some truths are unearthed and some hide again.
Elizabeth and Lucky went to the Haunted Star for a night of gambling. After she was haunted by visions of making out with Nikolas on the roulette table, she decided she’d better leave to avoid the dark prince when he made his way over with Ms. Shaw. The re-engaged couple went home, leaving Nikolas and Ethan to fight over Rebecca, quite literally. Luke had to stop them from pounding each other into the bar. Meanwhile, Elizabeth pulled away from Lucky and told him she didn’t know who she was anymore. She ran off to the pier to meet Nikolas. As they kissed, Luke stumbled by and spotted them. He drank through the night and then warned his son the next morning that he might not want to trust Elizabeth. Lucky was defensive and walked away, bumping into Nikolas and then gushing to him all about his problems. Read the rest of this entry »

Once again, Dante refused to sleep with Claudia. She was outraged but he walked out on her, turning to Lulu for some flirtation before noticing a familiar bit of graffiti on an alley wall. Indiscretions, insinuations and interventions.
Worried about his son, Sonny talked to Michael about his own bi-polar issues and urged him to confront his demons. Meanwhile, his other, unknown son, Dominic, opened up to Lulu about his early years. He told her a story about a neighborhood man who acted as a surrogate father to him until he was killed on Sonny’s orders. It was then that he decided he wanted revenge. When he returned to the mansion, Claudia tried to get into his pants again. Once more, he pushed her away and packed to leave. Before he left, Sonny opened up to him about his recent problems with Claudia and her desperation to get pregnant. This was enough for Dominic to figure why Claudia wanted him so bad. He bumped into Lulu after leaving and told her about it. She suggested he run fast. Soon after, Ronnie told him that he was off the case. Dominic vowed to fight on. When Jax heard about his dismissal, he intervened by calling in a favor from a senator to have him re-appointed. Once Olivia discovered this, she flipped out at Ronnie and Jax. Dominic eagerly returned to work and Sonny gave him a new task – to whack Joey Limbo, the newly released psycho that Anthony is sending to wipe out the Corinthos clan. Read the rest of this entry »

Claudia gets desperate, Dante’s mission is compromised and the Cassadines face a new threat.
Sonny was disturbed when Dominic seemed reluctant to kill the guy he fingered as a rat. After some debate, Dominic finally agreed to do it to prove his loyalty and took the rat to the woods. Before he could shoot him, he offered to save him by handing him over to the witness protection program. After some debate, the rat agreed and Dominic released him into custody before Jason arrived. He brought Dominic back to Sonny to explain the situation. Sonny was ready to banish him from the organization for failing to kill the rat but Jason stood up for him. Read the rest of this entry »

Un-weddings, secrets revealed and new threats.
At their wedding, Spinelli decided that the best thing to do was prove his love by not getting married. Maxie and the guests were greatly moved. Mac was so relieved he nearly passed out. The guests soon went over to Jake’s to celebrate the non-nuptials. Even Kate made a surprise appearance. Dante ducked out to avoid being noticed by her and bonded with Lulu, assuring her that she will find true love one day. Back inside, Olivia and Johnny declared their love for each other. Jason caught the garter and Sam caught the bouquet. The reception continued into the night as Mac got wasted and sang “Macho Man” with Jason and Coleman. The barkeep also took a break from combing his mustache to make out with Kate before the eyes of the assembled guests. She pried herself away for long enough to notice Dante. It wasn’t long before Olivia was dragging her out and telling her not to say anything. Claudia just happened to be standing nearby as they argued about this in an alleyway. Secrets slip out and a wedding takes a surprising turn.
Sonny paid Anthony a visit at the prison. When he threatened to have John killed if Anthony made another move, Anthony countered by threatening to kill Olivia. Sonny left, smugly, and told Jason his plan. Stone Cold thought that there were some serious issues with this ploy and accused him of doing all of this just to get Olivia back. Undaunted, Sonny shouted about having Johnny killed until Claudia walked in. She told her husband that she understood his position and agreed that it was the only way to keep her father under control… and then she asked her husband for a vote of confidence by suggesting they try to have another baby. After they slept together, she didn’t hesitate telling almost everyone she ran into that they were trying for another child. In particular, she cornered Carly and the two women argued about who was more important to Mr. Dimples. Read the rest of this entry »

Jealousy, splintered loyalty and painful memories.
Furious over her brother being shot, Claudia went to the prison to confront Anthony. While she ranted at him and he pushed her buttons, Johnny pulled through his surgery. Down the hall, Olivia learned that her son won’t need a transplant after all. She decided this was a sign to keep her secret to herself. Even so, Patrick continued urging her to tell Dominic and Sonny the truth. After she spent some more time at her son’s bedside, Sonny interrupted them to tell her Johnny had been shot. She immediately ran to him. As she comforted him, Claudia arrived, fresh from a confrontation with her father. John asked his sister to leave but she bitch slapped Olivia instead. Olivia punched her in the jaw and they were dragged out by a doctor and Sonny. Later, she returned to Johnny’s side to tell him how lucky she feels to have him in her life. Sonny returned to as well, but to accuse him of setting up the raids on his territory. Johnny threw accusations back at him, suggesting that he was just trying to get at him because of Olivia. Meanwhile, Lulu dropped by to visit Dominic. He got riled up and ranted about the mob, which sounded rather out of character to her. After she left, Morgan dropped by and asked him to come and live with his family to recuperate. He tried turning it down, but it sounded like a great idea to Ronnie. Read the rest of this entry »

The carnival has explosive consequences.
At the carnival, Olivia and Sonny reminisced about their early romance on Coney Island, but the happiness was short lived. Nikolas didn’t waste time admitting to Ethan that he’s using Rebecca and will soon dump her, leaving what’s left for him. Elizabeth overheard and didn’t appreciate it. However, she was more distracted by Jason as he wandered through the crowd with Sam on his arm. They finished work early after they discovered that the woman she was tracking was meeting with Edward. This left Spinelli to pick up the slack at work and head to a mysterious meeting in a warehouse. He showed up to pick up some paperwork but was greeted by a barrage of gunfire. Johnny jumped out and rushed him into cover, though he was shot in the process. Spinelli helped him to an alley and called for an ambulance just as Johnny lost consciousness.
