Adam woke up and didn’t remember Chelsea’s admission about the baby. Vikki thanked Adam for saving their father but never confronted Chelsea about overhearing her baby confession. Later, Chelsea experienced abdominal pain. After an examination a doctor deemed the baby to be fine. Victor was furious when Sharon took over Newman at Adam’s insistence. Over talk of Adam saving Victor’s life, Victor apologized to Adam and acknowledged him as his son.

In Brooke’s bedroom.

Katie worried to Danielle about pushing Bill toward her sister. She decided to call him for a truce but he was nowhere to be found. After crashing into Bill on the road, Brooke tried to wake him in his car. She realized he was drunk and drove him to her place. He apologized and thanked her for saving him. Lt. Baker showed up after seeing her car beside the road. She was cagey. He was suspicious but left. Brooke told Bill to stay the night to avoid the cops. She called Katie to tell her Bill would be spending the night and refused to let her speak with him. Katie freaked out. She stormed over the next morning and found Bill in her sister’s bed with a cold compress. They told her what happened. That didn’t help. Katie railed at them and demanded a divorce. Brooke told her to be cool. Katie couldn’t be and stormed off. Bill told Brooke they needed to stop resisting. They started kissing. This led to sex. Dangerous driving.

Katie tried forcing Bill to promise not to get involved with her sister. He didn’t like her telling him what to do. He refused to give Brooke the brush-off so Katie stormed off. Bill admitted to the blond that he felt like he married the wrong sister. When he went home, he found Taylor fueling Katie’s worries. After more arguing, he asked his wife to bed, but she shot him down. As he thought of Brooke, Brooke was busy fending off accusations from Donna and daydreaming about Bill. A familiar fight.

After watching a video Robin left him urging him to move on, Patrick went to see Sabrina as she received her diploma. She talked so much he couldn’t get a word in and then he was buzzed back to work. Milo asked her to the Floating Rib, much to Patrick and Emma’s chagrins. The next day, Milo told Patrick he would back off if the doctor had feelings for her. He tried calling her but Milo intercepted the call and deleted it. Meanwhile, Obrecht lectured Britt for letting Sabrina get between her and Patrick. She slapped her and ordered her to try harder. Adam was shot, Vikki overheard Chelsea, and Jack and Victor teamed up…

Adam was shot while trying to protect Victor. After Alex arrested Bob, Billy successfully cut the wire to the bomb. Sharon rushed to the hospital to see Adam, who needed surgery to repair his lungs. Victor begged the doctor to save his son. Chelsea arrived after Sharon called and told Victor Adam craved his love. When Adam got out of surgery, Chelsea suggested that Victor allow Sharon to see him first. Adam tried talking to Sharon about Newman before slipping into a coma. Later, Chelsea told an unconscious Adam that he was going to be a father. Vikki overheard.

Grabbing Lulu.

Laura accepted Scotty’s latest proposal. Meanwhile, Luke and Lulu worried about her mysterious gifts and what Scotty was up to. Scotty and Laura joined them, as did Dante and Olivia, just as another gift arrived. Olivia noticed it was ticking. After much fuss, it turned out to be a clock. When Lulu was left alone with her dad, she tipped him off about why her mom was really marrying Scotty. Meanwhile, Olivia had passed out from the ticking. Her son got her checked out at the hospital but she was sure the clock was trouble. Over at the bar, Lucy pushed Scotty to keep mum about Luke’s single status and get Laura down the aisle fast. They ran off to get a license and had to threaten the mayor into making it happen. She looped Kevin into being the best man, much to his chagrin. Laura was reluctant to rush into it but soon changed her mind. After Lulu was called and told about this, Luke came running and the clock began ringing. Luke stopped the wedding and declared that Scotty wasn’t the man for Laura. He got a call that Lulu had collapsed so they all ran off. Dante found her unconscious before being knocked out himself. Mother issues.

Bill and Brooke were very pleased with the relaunch of her lingerie line. They were also very pleased with themselves for upsetting Taylor, who was not very pleased at all. She started making lewd suggestions about the pair of them until Bill told her to get some therapy. Taylor strode over to Katie’s. She and Donna were worrying about what was going on with Bill. Taylor made that worse, suggesting that Brooke was after the beard. Katie decided to check it out for herself. When she got to Forrester, she found her sister and husband drinking champagne and chatting in bed. She wondered if there was something she should know. Brooke accused her of not being able to accept Bill for who he is. Katie was furious and declared that she wouldn’t let Bill be her sister’s latest victim. A gun was pulled out at the wedding, Tyler didn’t believe Leslie, and Dylan confided in Sharon…

Ashley returned for Nikki and Victor’s wedding and accused Phyllis of taking advantage of Jack. Billy surprised everyone with a visit from Reed. Eric Forrester joined the family, as Victor and Nikki were pronounced husband and wife. Wheeler warned his henchman Bob to make the Belinda Rogan mess disappear. Bob lurked in the shadows, as Adam crashed the wedding. During his toast, Adam started hinting at the dead hooker until Nick recognized Wheeler’s henchman. The man planted a bomb then pulled out a gun. Adam rushed to protect his father, as a shot was fired.

Rick’s slip-up.

Pam shocked Eric and Taylor when she burst into their room with what looked like a knife. It was really a spatula. She made them lemon bars and congratulated them. The next day, Eric went around the office, asking people if they were okay with him being with Taylor. The shrink, Brooke and their families showed up for work.
