Recurring “The Young And The Restless” actor Thom Bierdz (Phillip Chancellor III) will appear on CBS’ new program “Crossroads,” which features stories on people who have overcome obstacles in their lives and changed paths. Though there is currently no air date for Bierdz’s feature, CBS Soaps In Depth is reporting that he will be interviewed by Los Angeles Channel 2 CBS News tonight, May 16, at 11:00 PM and will be on CBSLA tomorrow.

Surprises, admissions and uncertainty.

Speculation over who shot Anthony’s tires has been swirling for months. This week, the field of suspects will narrow, as the culprit is revealed. There’s also a major bout between Anthony and Johnny on tap, which will supposedly end in a shocking moment. Are the two instances related?

Now that Spinelli spilled the beans in court that Matt was the one who killed Lisa Niles, Maxie needs to sign an oath swearing to it in order for her to be off the hook. Since she’s been covering for her boyfriend all this time, it’s clear she doesn’t want him to pay for his crime, so it’s up to Spinelli to convince her to turn him in. Spinelli certainly has his work cut out for him, but one would think the thought of Maxie getting another shiner from her “clumsy” cellmate would do the trick. Unless, of course, black and blue is now in season.

Speaking of Matt, it remains to be seen what he does with the revelation he is a killer. While we wait to see if he steps up, or lets his girlfriend fry for his crime, he does have another heart to heart with his brother Patrick. Drake Jr. may have put up a good front for Elizabeth and Epiphany at the hospital, but he admits to his little bro that he needs help with his grief. Hopefully, his surgery on Dr. Keenan works, because he could certainly use the psychiatrist’s services. If Ewen’s not up for it though, maybe Dr. Lainey Winters can resurface.

Sonny hasn’t cut Kate any slack for her DID, even though he knows firsthand what it’s like to have a mental illness. That might all change though when he witnesses firsthand Kate confronting Connie. We figure this will either make him realize how sick she is and finally have some sympathy, or make him run for the hills.

There’s more in store for Sonny in the upcoming days, as he and Alexis deal with shocking news. What could they learn that’s more surprising than what they’ve already been dealing with?

Now that Tea is in Port Charles, McBain has a Llanview ally at his disposal. The two were getting pretty chummy back home, as he consoled her over the death of her husband Victor. It seems it’s her turn to be a sounding board, as John confides in his friend. Is it about Natalie? Sam? His sister? Something else?

In other news, Shawn gets an earful from Carly, Jason and Elizabeth have a moment, and Luke straightens Tracy out.

Nevsky, the arms dealer, and his thugs see through John and the others. Black explains why they want revenge on Stefano and that makes the dealer soften up a bit. The cops take advantage of this to arrest him. Once the arms dealer is packed away, they get into disguises and Bo puts on a voice altering box. Stefano arrives and he’s not happy to hear someone has been trying to outbid him. Once they have him admitting to arms dealing on record, they arrest him.

Lexi’s family helps her plan for her trip to Paris. EJ arranges a private jet while Abby yaps with Cameron about the city of lights. His mom warns him that Abby stinks of trouble. Lexi’s plans hit a snag when her specialist tells her she’s not fit to travel. She’s depressed, but that doesn’t last because her family bands together to transform Horton Square into their version of Paris. While Lexi is having a great time, Gabi continues trying to convince Chad that she’s being stalked. Abby’s a lot less convinced.

Lucas assures his son that he’s okay with him being gay. In fact, he’s always had a bit of a hunch he was. Meanwhile, Sami cries on EJ’s shoulder about how she bungled things with her son. He encourages her to actually go and talk to Will about it. When she heads home, she finds her son praising Marlena to Lucas. Sami explodes and lectures Will for opening up to her mother instead of her. He storms off. Lucas tsk-tsks her. They argue about EJ. She meanders off and runs into the tall Englishman. As she gives him an update, Lucas trails after and spots them together. He trudges over to Victor’s to see Maggie. They have a chat about hard times. As she takes him to the door, Henderson and Victor discuss how he stole her eggs. Maggie walks in and catches the tail end of the conversation. Meanwhile, Carrie continues unloading to Marlena about her feelings for Rafe until she starts to get nauseous.

Good news for Jonathan Jackson and his fans. ABC has picked up the pilot “Nashville” for its fall series lineup. The show will also feature fellow soap alum Hayden Panettiere, who played Lizzie on “Guiding Light.”

Deadline has reported that Jonathan Jackson (ex-Lucky) will be heading back to TV screens soon. The actor has been cast in the pilot for “Nashville.” The series is being produced for ABC and was written by Callie Khouri (“Thelma & Louise”). The show will follow the rise and fall of stars on the Nashville music scene. Jackson, who is a musician in real life, will be appearing as a bad boy musician and aspiring songwriter.
